“The Exceptional Middle Manager”
is an essential management book…

…that has been many years in the making. I’ve always loved coaching and helping to develop the managers who have reported to me, along with many others who have been my clients. First, thank you to every person who encouraged me to create an audio version of The Exceptional Middle Manager. I have to confess that I simply wasn’t aware of how many people consume their business books in the audio format these days.

Secondly, my apologies for taking so long to complete the audiobook. I had a lot of competing demands during the past year, and I had to teach myself both narration and audio mastering skills in order to bring this audiobook to market.

It’s such a j0y to be able to say, “I finally did it!”
