MENTOR SERVICES
At any given time in my mentoring practice, I am working with a limited and select group of clients, typically middle managers who are striving to exceed expectations and advance in their careers… or who are struggling to address specific problems in the workplace and could use some insights and advice from a trusted advisor who has been there before.
The topics we discuss can cover a broad range, from career advancement, strategy development, recruiting and hiring, executive communications, managing change, project management, and vendor management, to all aspects of managing people and building high performing teams.
A typical mentoring session is 30, 60, or 90 minutes long and is conducted online over Zoom or Teams.
